Investors play an important role in our operations. Often, private buy-to-let investors will acquire individual units in one or more of our projects. On other occasions, we may sell entire developments to a single organisation – be that an institutional investment fund, a bank or some other lender.
In all cases, we always do our best to plan and deliver schemes that meet our investor clients’ timescales, budgets and strategic objectives. Generally, that means developing the kinds of properties that are in greatest demand in an area; producing the designs, sizes and property specifications that will ensure the strongest market appeal.
In so doing, we aim to help our investors to achieve the best possible rates of occupancy, robust yields and longer-term capital growth.
