Hughes House

In 2022, we began the £40 million redevelopment of Hughes House in Liverpool. This retail-to-residential scheme is now in progress and will ultimately create 252 affordable housing units close to the city centre and the fast-growing Knowledge Quarter.

The entire development was acquired as a single investment package by the Bank of Montreal.

Located on the site of a former extension to department store TJ Hughes, the 10-storey apartment building will meet local market demand for high quality, affordable two-bedroom homes to rent and buy.
